IMA’S successfully completed its 2nd Violin Workshop through goggle meet (virtually) held on 1st and 8th November, 2020.
International violin Maestro Indradeep Ghosh who is known as ‘ Prince of Violin ‘ and a faculty member of SIPM, Austin, Texas, USA was actively involved in teaching 11 participants, the special skills on ‘ basic technique and practice for Dhrupad and Tantrakary style, teached them 2 hrs on each day. Participants were from many districts of West Bengal.
IMA’S is trying to create meeting ground on traditional transmission along with New Generation Education where Guru will remain in the centre point. Thus, IMA’S will be able to confirm its Guru Shishyo Parampara which is mentioned in their brochure as it’s promise with a mission to bringing art into community.
