Post analysis of Workshop on Violin

IMA’S concluded successfully it’s 2day workshop on Violin held on the 29th of February’20 & 1st of March’20. The violin maestro Sri Indradeep Ghosh  facilitated the workshop. Around 11 participants with different age group attended from the different parts of city and 

suburbs. The topic of this workshop was  “Basic technique and practice of  Dhrupad and Tantrakari style of Violin. Participants were highly satisfied with earnest teaching process of Guru Indradeep Ghosh. They got enough opportunities to learn different style of basic practice ,they learnt different raagas with mukhra,laykari with bilambit and drut theka. Indradeep proved himself not only as a good performer with international repute but also a dedicated teacher. IMA’S feels proud to have

such unique teacher as mentor for it’s students. IMA’S has started a weekly class on violin under the guidence of Indradeep where he has deputed one of his best disciples Sri Nanda Kishore Das for weekly classes and on the top of it,he will take class online once in every month  when he will be out of station and will attend class in person during his stay in city.

At her thank giving speech,Mrs. Swarnali Pal,Founder and Chair person of IMA’S expressed her gratitude to Maestro Indradeep Ghosh,Nanda Kishore Das for their excellent contribution for making this workshop a grand success. She announced that next workshop on Violin will be held in the month of July’20.
